Terms of Service

FreePixio is operated by Alyssa Pike, an individual sole proprietor. When you use FreePixio or buy from us, you are contracting with Alyssa Pike.

Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use FreePixio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using the tools

FreePixio's core tools are provided free of charge, as-is, without warranty. You are responsible for having the rights to the images you process.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes: using it for anything unlawful; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy; uploading malware; probing, scanning or attacking our systems; scraping or automated bulk access; or trying to get around plan limits or payment.

Intellectual property

The operator retains ownership of FreePixio's software, design, documentation and branding, subject to any third-party rights. You retain your rights to your input images and processed outputs; processing does not give us ownership of them. You must have the rights necessary to process your images. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your plan.

Rights holders can report suspected infringement using the contact email below, identifying the affected work and alleged infringement. We may remove or restrict infringing material under our control and suspend or terminate accounts for repeated infringement.

Service availability

We work to keep FreePixio reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.

Limits

Free use is limited to 20 images per batch and 25 MB per file. We may change limits to keep the service reliable.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns related to payment. Pro is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Credits (100 per $5 pack) are used at 1 credit per image beyond the free limits and do not expire.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
