FreePixio is operated by Alyssa Pike, an individual sole proprietor. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

14-day refunds

If you're not happy with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment. For credit packs, unused credits are refunded in full.

You can cancel anytime from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
